A standard post and packaging charge of £4.50 is payable on all orders below the value of £50.00 on this website, any orders over this value will be posted free of charge.
At checkout you will be given the option to pay extra for Next working day delivery (This applies to orders placed before 2.00pm and excluding orders placed on the weekend and does not including weekend deliveries) For larger/expensive items we use next working day delivery using either DHL or DPD 24hr service and for smaller items we use Royal Mail 2nd class.
Delivery to Scottish highlands / islands will be charged and may take longer to deliver.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. We currently can not deliver to Northern Island.
Delivery within mainland UK is normally within 24 hours of receipt of your order, however, please allow five working days before querying a non-delivery.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.
Most orders will be delivered by courier between 9 am and 5 pm. If you are unlikely to be in to sign for the parcel, please specify an alternate delivery address where a signature can be made.
Returns & Replacements
The goods that we supply are checked prior to being dispatched but in the event that any product purchased from our website proves to be unsatisfactory in use due to defective workmanship or faulty material, you can return them to us for a replacement or a full refund.
