(i) When you order we will ask for your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. These details will enable us to process your order and contact you in the event of any queries. We will also ask for your telephone number, so that we can contact you urgently if necessary in the event of any problem with your order. We will communicate with you by e-mail, telephone or letter.

(ii) The information we collect and hold about you will be used to administer your account and will not be passed on to a third part or used by Viking Optical for any other purpose.

(iii) You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold on you and to have any inaccuracies corrected.

Security

(ii) Even if your card is used fraudulently, you cannot be held liable by your bank or card issuer for more than £50.00 of fraudulent charges. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your credit or debit card issuer in accordance with their terms and conditions.

(iii) We can only accept one credit card transaction per customer in any 24-hour period.

Guarantee
(i) All products sold by Viking Optical Limited are guaranteed to be durable and reliable. Should any product you purchase from us prove to be unsatisfactory in use due to defective workmanship or faulty material, we will repair it, replace it with an equivalent product (if available), or give you a full refund.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns
(i) If, upon delivery, goods are incorrect or damaged in any way please telephone 01986 875315, where our staff will be available to advise you. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with any of our goods, you can return them within 14 days.
(ii) For your own protection, we advise you to keep a posting receipt of any goods you return. Where a refund is claimed, please allow 21 days for us to refund your money.
