Field Days
Throughout the year we arrange special optical days at many of the RSPB Reserves, so that you can test and compare all of the equipment we stock in actual field conditions.  See Birds magazine for the latest dates or click here

Service Centre
We offer a full repair, refurbishment and re-alignment service for most makes of optics including all kinds of ex-WD equipment and observation binoculars.   We have also recently acquired the spares and equipment for repairs to Carl Zeiss Jena binoculars.  Repairs are generally completed within about four weeks, although urgently required items can be completed more quickly.  Please phone our Repair Department for further details.

If you cannot purchase our products locally, then you can order direct from us. Please contact our Halesworth office.  We endeavour to despatch on the same day but depending on stock availability.
